Request

Sent to POST {your url}/{caseNumber} (case number URL-encoded) whenever a SafeCam case is closed - automatically, by a claims handler, or because the policyholder withdrew the claim or asked for an inspection.

  • Every push carries the complete current state of the case - after a re-trigger also the photos of earlier sessions. Replace what you stored for the case number instead of appending.
  • Exactly one attempt, timeout 20 seconds, no retry. Any 2xx counts as delivered.
  • The outcome is visible in GET /safecam/status under resultPush.
  • Photos are included up to 100 MB in total.

What arrives at your endpoint - a real multipart request, the parts contain the raw file bytes (no JSON, no Base64):
